The Project
Our refurbishment of 12–13 Clerkenwell Green for Zalay transformed a 200-year-old, Grade II listed building into a high-spec workplace, delivering the architect's concept while navigating the complexities of a historic building and a demanding programme.
The 12,000 sq ft CAT A+ and CAT B scheme included a new communal reception, meeting spaces, end-of-trip facilities, cycle storage and a new roof terrace with a sliding roof light.
Delivered on time, on budget, and with around a 15% cost saving through value engineering, it's a project we're incredibly proud of.
