Following a full internal refurbishment of this heritage building, we’re proud to have delivered 14,000 sq ft of serviced office workspace for Argyll in the heart of Covent Garden.

Originally designed by Sir Edwin Lutyens, the Grade II listed building has been thoughtfully restored, retaining its original character while creating a contemporary flexible workspace designed for how businesses work today.

From private offices and meeting rooms to lounge and breakout spaces, every detail has been considered to create a workspace that feels both distinctive and welcoming.
