The Project
We transformed 7,500 sq ft at 22 Upper Woburn Place, Euston, delivering a full CAT A and CAT B fit out for premium managed office provider, MetSpace.
Starting from shell and core, the self-contained duplex was transformed into a fully fitted and furnished workspace in just 12 weeks, combining exposed brickwork and polished concrete with striking roof lanterns that bring natural light into the space.
The project included new mechanical and electrical installations, drainage and plumbing upgrades, alongside meeting rooms, call booths, kitchens, showers and secure bike storage.
The finished space provides a flexible, high-quality working environment designed around the needs of modern occupiers – and was secured by a tech company before the fit out was even complete.
